Aerospace and Mobility Park - Viladecans

The Aerospace and Mobility Park will be located in the ville of Viladecans, facing the Mediterranean sea and will enjoy extremely good communications: it will be at 12 Km distance from the City Centre of Barcelona; just 5 Km from the Barcelona's Airport "El Prat"; 3 Km from the UPC Campus of Castelldefels and 7 Km distance from the harbour commerce area "ZAL". There are also nearby the future railway connection to AVE and the RENFE train station. The ville of Viladecans has near 61.000 habitants, 52% of whom are beneath 34 years old, meaning that the city has a young population. The ville has put a strong bet on innovation and technology and fruit of this effort are the Arlington Business Park and the Aerospace and Mobility Park, which will be located side by side sharing the "Parc de la Marina Area".

The area will host a whole wealth of infrastructure and services: a hotel; offices; a business incubator area; a Conference Centre; a Library and also a Health and a Commercial centre, spreading over Vilamarina, Parc de la Marina, Bitagora and the Arlington Business Park. The other main area is the Aerospace and Mobility Park itself, where CTAE's headquarters will be located and a whole range of infrastructures devoted to R + D in aerospace and mobility.
