Come to Viladecans' Expo and learn about "Living in Space"

From April 3d to May 3d 2009, you can visit free of charge this exhibition in the CUBIC building, where CTAE is located in Viladecans.
The exhibition commemorates the 50 years of the Apollo landings and the 20 years of the first launch of a European Ariane launcher. It brings astronaut and cosmonaut suits for the first time to Catalonia, and will provide you answers to many questions about astronaut selection, training and flights.
You will also discover what space missions are undertaken in our country and some of the contributions of local companies and research institutes to the European Space Programmes. This unique exhibition is brought to you by the City of Viladecans and by AER.CAT, the Consortium for the Aerospace and Mobility Park, and counts with generous support from INTA, Spain’s Institute for Aerospace Technology, from ESA, the European Space Agency, and from a number of members of BAiE - Barcelona Aeronautics and Space Association, including UPC - Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, CTAE - Aerospace and Technology Centre, as well as companies such as APPLUS+, T-STSTEMS, COMPOSITES ATE, GALACTIC SUITE, GTD, GUTMAR, MAZEL INGENIEROS, MIER Comunicaciones, NTE, SÒLID ENGINYERIA, TELSTAR, RÜCKER LYPSA.
