Michael D. Griffin, Technology Project Management seminar at the UPC
Published December 02, 2009
On 16 December, the UPC School of Professional & Executive Development will host the seminar entitled Technology Project Management, conducted by Michael D. Griffin, former NASA Administrator (2005 to 2009), who will share his views on technology project management.
The seminar will address processes for implementing and managing projects. A project manager working in an organisation is in charge of carrying out tasks that are subject to certain restrictions, such as technological limitations, performance demands and deadlines, total project cost, liquidity, and preferences of clients, supervisors and subordinates, without neglecting local and international political interests.
