Julie Abou Yehia
Space Lawyer Trainee
Julie Abou Yehia was born the 11th of July of 1982 in Paris. During her Master in International and European Law made at the French university Paris-Sud XI, she wrote a report on the “Space Brazilian Policy”.
Between February and June 2006, she made an internship at the legal department of Arianespace where she took part in Arianespace position for the future French Space Law Act and in the future European cooperation for implementing Soyuz and Vega launchers at the Guiana Space Centre in Kourou.
Last September she followed the ECSL summer Course in Space Law managed by ESA in ESTEC (Netherlands) Finishing this year her Master in Space Activities Law and Telecommunications Law in the University Paris-Sud XI, she makes her trainee in CTAE for four months where she will define the legal aspects of the Mobile Communications Satellite System for Emergency Management. She likes to practice different kind of dances, to play the piano and to travel in Latin America.
