Junzi Sun
IT Manager & R+D Engineer
Junzi was born in 1985 in China. After 18 years living in the south of China, he went to Beijing and studied Electronic Information and Telecommunication in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) from 2003 to 2007.
Since October of 2007, he was working in CTAE for Information Technology and Aerospace R+D. Apart form his job at CTAE, he also studied Master on Aerospace Science and Technology at the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC) during year 2007 to 2010. His master thesis was "Ground Stations Scheduling with Genetic Algorithm".
He is interested in space and computer science. During his time in university, he participated in the Space Study Program (SSP) of the International Space University (ISU) three times as an IT staff member, in Vancouver, Strasbourg and Beijing. And finally he participated as a student in SSP 09 in NASA Ames Research Center.
He likes roller-skating, ping-pong and electronic stuff.
